- Givastomig and ragistomig posters to be unveiled on the 25th and 23rd, respectively

Seoul (South Korea) – October 19, 2026, ABL Bio (CEO Sang Hoon Lee), a company specializing in bispecific antibodies, today announced that clinical data on the 4-1BB-based bispecific antibody immuno-oncology drugs givastomig (ABL111) and ragistomig (ABL503) will be presented as posters at the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Congress, held in Madrid, Spain, from October 23 to 27.

Givastomig and ragistomig are pipelines utilizing Grabody-T, a 4-1BB-based bispecific antibody platform independently developed by ABL Bio. Givastomig targets Claudin18.2, which is overexpressed in cancers such as gastric and pancreatic cancers, while ragistomig targets PD-L1, an immune checkpoint protein. Both pipelines are being co-developed with NovaBridge Biosciences, a US biotechnology company.

Givastomig is currently undergoing Phase 2 clinical trial in combination therapy with the PD-1 inhibitor nivolumab and chemotherapy. At this year's ESMO, updated safety and efficacy data from the Phase 1b trial for givastomig combination therapy will be disclosed.

The title of givastomig's poster is "Expanded Safety and Efficacy of Givastomig, a Claudin18.2/4-1BB Bispecific Antibody, in Combination with Nivolumab and mFOLFOX in 1L Metastatic Gastroesophageal Carcinoma," and it will be unveiled on the 25th.

Ragistomig recently expanded its ongoing Phase 1 clinical trial by adding cohorts to evaluate ragistomig monotherapy in new cancer types and has also newly initiated evaluations for combination therapy with a PD-1 inhibitor. At this year's ESMO, data regarding the dose optimization of ragistomig monotherapy confirmed in the Phase 1 trial will be disclosed.

The title of ragistomig's poster is "Dose Optimization of Ragistomig (ABL503/TJ-L14B), a PD-L1 × 4-1BB Bispecific Antibody," and it is scheduled to be unveiled on the 23rd.

Sang Hoon Lee, CEO of ABL Bio, stated, “With the clinical data for givastomig and ragistomig presented as posters at ESMO, we expect to highlight the clinical achievements of Grabody-T on the global stage.” He added, “Based on the progress achieved to date, we continue to prepare for the next phase of givastomig's clinical development and are advancing ragistomig through expanded combination studies with a PD-1 inhibitor. Moving forward, we will continue our dedicated R&D efforts to provide new treatment options for cancer patients.”
